CorrBox Solution evo is a modular system solution for precise adhesive application on Flexo Folder Gluers. Instead of a fixed configuration, you choose the components that best match your machine, products and quality requirements. This allows you to build a solution that is tailored to your production today and can be expanded as your requirements evolve.
The system is built around the high-performance PX 1000 multi-head and can be equipped with different sensors for adhesive monitoring as well as a choice of product guiding systems. The optional Glue Save function reduces adhesive consumption by up to 50% by automatically switching from continuous beads to precise stitching. At the same time, you benefit from a low-maintenance system without a water bath, fast production restart after downtime and reliable process performance for high-quality corrugated packaging.
