CorrBox Solution pro is a modular system solution for precise adhesive application, reliable quality control and efficient process management on Flexo Folder Gluers. Thanks to its open system architecture, you can configure the solution with the functions and components that meet your production requirements. If your requirements change, the system can be expanded accordingly. This allows you to invest in the functions you need today while creating a basis for future production requirements.

The system is built around the high performance PX 1000 application system and can reduce adhesive consumption by up to 60% with the optional adhesive saving function. The PGD 1000 continuously monitors adhesive patterns in real time, including applications with adhesives without fluorescent additives and regardless of substrate colour or print. The SCX 1000 additionally detects irregularities in the die cutting process. Xtend³ provides central system control and intuitive operation, while different product guiding systems allow the solution to be adapted to different machines and applications.

Components

PX 1000 Multi-head

The PX 1000 enables precise adhesive application with high switching speed and reliable restart performance. Its robust valve technology reliably handles adhesives with different viscosity ranges and provides the basis for a stable production process.

PGD 1000 Adhesive Monitoring

The PGD 1000 continuously monitors adhesive patterns in real time and operates without fluorescent additives. Monitoring is independent of substrate colour and print. Its edge control function also helps prevent adhesive from being applied inside the box.

SCX 1000

The SCX 1000 detects irregularities in the die cutting process. This allows deviations to be identified at an early stage that could otherwise lead to problems when forming corrugated boxes.

Xtend³

Xtend³ provides central control of the CorrBox Solution pro. The touchscreen interface is designed specifically for the requirements of the corrugated packaging industry, reducing the number of parameters required for operation and allowing production data to be stored and preset. Prepared machine data transfer can reduce duplicate data entry and help shorten setup times.

Product guiding systems

Different product guiding systems are available depending on production requirements. This allows CorrBox Solution pro to be adapted to different machine concepts and applications.

Bundle 24

The integrated Bundle 24 system reliably rejects bundles containing faulty corrugated boxes from the production process. It therefore adds another level of quality assurance to adhesive and process monitoring.

Adhesive Saving

The optional adhesive saving function divides continuous adhesive lines into precisely positioned glue dots. This can reduce adhesive consumption by up to 60%. The function can be adjusted via the Xtend³ operating interface to suit the requirements of the individual job.
